Composite material:
- Outer layer: Air bubble film (LDPE) for cushioning
- Inner layer: Closed-cell polyethylene foam (Air-Foam), which protects against scratches and friction
Two-layer laminated structure for maximum protection
Total thickness: 4 mm depending on foam grammage and bubble type
Colour: Clear bubble plastic, white Air-Foam foam
Standard quality:
- Bubble: 50 g/m2 + Foam: 1 mm thick
- Option to manufacture with higher-grammage bubble plastic and thicker foam.
Format: Bags made with side or bottom seals, with or without an adhesive flap.
